The data shall be processed for the period of performance of the agreement/order and after its termination in order to fulfil the legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator for a period consistent with the applicable law.

You have the right to access your personal data, to rectify, delete, to demand a restriction of processing or to object to the processing, the right to transfer the data, the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Providing your data is voluntary and is a condition for concluding a contract.

Information about personal data protection for a person who is not the Provider or the Customer will be provided at the moment of collecting the data.
